Cassie Wolfe- Ph.D., LCSW

Cassie Wolfe, Ph.D., LCSW is a seasoned clinician with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health field.  Dedicating her career to working with marginalized populations, Dr. Wolfe began her journey working with HIV-positive individuals, focusing on treatment adherence. After completing her Masters in Social Work from Widener University in 2011, Dr. Wolfe joined Belmont Behavioral Health Systems in Philadelphia, PA.  During her tenure, Dr. Wolfe held direct care, management and director level positions that spanned both inpatient and outpatient levels of care, while completing her doctorate in human sexuality where she explored the relationship between mood disorders, attachment styles, and sexual experiences in an adult acute inpatient population.

In 2019, Dr. Wolfe pursued external growth opportunities, holding Clinical Director positions in both an outpatient methadone maintenance clinic and an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab, before ultimately returning to her primary passion in mental health care, rejoining Belmont Behavioral Health Systems’ leadership team as the Director of Philadelphia’s first standalone Children’s Crisis Response Center.  Dr. Wolfe is a passionate and fierce patient advocate who emphasizes the importance of professional ethics, accountability, and cultural equity to achieve clinical excellence.
