Meets weekly on Thursdays from 6:30-8 pm (on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the same time, join us for the Staying Connected Meeting).
A group for people living with depression and bipolar disorder that promotes wellness, strength & resilience through support and education.
The format will be a “share and care” with an education piece at the end, including the fundamentals of WRAP. Facilitators will be available to work on a personal WRAP for anyone who is interested, without charge.
